Lecture #1

First run

Well I made plenty of friends already luckily, all of them seem to start with M tho which is slightly confusing 😣 We just did our first run which was meant to be a shake out run he gave us the option of running 25,30,35,40 minutes (depended on how we felt to altitude) so I decided to do 30 but when I got out there I thought that 25 was all I could manage. It literally felt like there was a belt being pulled around my ribs! It was ridiculously hot too! The good news is that I wasn't at the back😃 but the people here are insanely good! Like ridiculously amazing, and they all have such beautiful running form! Afterwards we did strides and stretches which was fine! Coach said to us "this camp is like being dropped off in a third world country either you learn to accept the way you have to live or you die"... Slightly concerning! Anyways I'm about to go eat.... I'm already aching which is pathetic but oh well 💁
