4th of July!

Today was so much fun! We did our normal shakeout, strides and stretches and then went up into created butte. We were in a parade and then went to eat, and wandered around which was nice, but surprisingly tiring. Then this afternoon we did a 4 and a half mile run, which normally wouldn't sound like much but it's hard up here! The route was just so breathtakingly beautiful. It was hard, however, just constant villas, and a hard narrow trail.  It felt good tho, because I was running up with people that I hadn't been close to before! Then this evening we are and saw fireworks!!!
