I'm starting to feel really powerful! I went out for 30-35 minutes and it was really beautiful, hard, but at the same time felt incredibly good! Coach Sanderson pulled me off to the side when we doing strides and said that I was going above and beyond and doing a great job, which felt really amazing because he's kinda scary haha! And we iced again, but in all honesty it's not as bad as I thought it would be it's just a little cold to begin with!
