The simple things (Lecture #2)

"Do simple things better than anyone else" 
Work on weakness' again until your body adapts!
Lifting weights as a distance runner is a bad idea, you should use your own body weight (oops....)
You need more than water after long runs for electrolytes
"Not everything has to be perfect, what has to be perfect is your desire and passion"
"Keep excitement and innocence in running"
